Meeting called to order 7:01 PM, Adjourned: 8:03PM

11 Members in attendance 

All Reports Read and Accepted by Secretary, Treasurer, Range, Game, Fish, Worcester County League, GOAL and Building Maintenance

FISH: 60 pheasants on property all doing well, plan for release by state on 10/17/2026 in Brookfield off near Lake Rd.

GOAL: The state police is is talking with fire arm safety instructors about new policies for teaching. All unregistered guns need to start to be registered by Oct 29.

Worcester County League: No on 9 signs are at the club for pickup, Voting is Nov 3. New Pistol Range is coming along nicely. Plan to do heavy machine work once ground is frozen, tentative date December 5th. Need help from club members to move bails and need to get ? 2 machines as well to help.

Old Business: 

• New dumpster removal company will not come to Brookfield, not enough customers in area, looking for new company.

• All doors to be painted, date tentative

• Ordering new door stops for the doors

• Snowblower to be serviced prior to winter

New Business:  

• Membership forms for 2027 year, start Nov 1, 2026. Same price for membership and continue with volunteer hours vs paying extra $25.

• Raffle tickets ordered for turkey raffle Nov 22

• Superbowl Party Feb 14.
